Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Orders

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@watermagnetpower.com or call +91 94816 59793, referencing your Order Number and reason.

• If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, the cancellation request cannot be accommodated. You may instead initiate a return under our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation before shipment: Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.

• Cancellation after shipment or delivery: Not eligible for cancellation refunds; eligible returns can be requested instead (per Return & Exchange Policy).

3. Return-Based Refunds

• For items returned under the Return & Exchange Policy, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Refund Processing Time & Method

• All refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.

• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account after refund is processed.

5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

• Custom, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless defective.

• Opened or used products that are not defective are not eligible for refund unless they meet the Return & Exchange criteria.
